We are currently contracted with most PPO and HMO plans. Please call us to verify that we are contracted with your insurance and medical group.

We also accept cash-pay in- clinic.

We now accept Care Credit. Please contact us for further details.

Rates for the therapists are as follows:

– Evaluation $150 (45 minutes)

– Treatment $100 (45 minutes)

Rates to meet with a supervisor are as follows:

– Evaluation $250 (45 minutes)

– Treatment $200 (45 minutes)

Hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00 PM)
