Micheal is the owner and lead speech therapist at Williams Speech Therapy Services, Inc. He graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2010 and a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2012. He has experience working in acute, inpatient, and outpatient rehabilitation units with both adult and pediatric clients who have difficulty with swallowing, speech, language, voice, and cognition. He has additional training in the treatment and care of patients with tracheostomies.
Erika is the CFO and lead occupational therapist at Williams Speech Therapy Services, Inc. She obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007. She began working in acute and inpatient rehabilitation as an occupational therapy assistant. While working and gaining more experience in the field of OT, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2011. Ultimately, she graduated with a Master of Arts Degree with high honors in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2014. Erika has experience working with adult and pediatric clients with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex problems.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge in 2015 with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She later graduated from St. Catherine’s University as an occupational therapy assistant in 2019. She joined Williams Speech Therapy Services, Inc. in 2019 as an occupational therapy assistant. Jessica’s 7 years of experience has focused on corrective, preventative, adaptive and functional exercises for optimum fitness, health, and performance. Her passion is to support patients on their health and wellness journey.
