Rates for the therapists are as follows:
– Evaluation $150 (45 minutes)
– Treatment $100 (45 minutes)
Rates to meet with a supervisor are as follows:
– Evaluation $250 (45 minutes)
– Treatment $200 (45 minutes)
Hours: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00 PM)
